We specialise in CNC milling, offering both 3-axis and 4-axis machining from our Manchester workshop. We produce precision-engineered components for a wide range of industries, handling everything from one-off prototypes to full production batches. 

3-axis milling allows movement in three directions (X, Y, Z), ideal for standard components and flat surfaces.
4-axis milling adds a rotary axis, enabling the workpiece to rotate during machining — this allows for machining on multiple faces without manual repositioning, improving accuracy and efficiency. Hyde CNC Services uses both methods depending on the part geometry and customer requirements. 

Yes. Hyde CNC Services supports both prototype development and batch production. We can help refine part designs for machining, advise on tolerances, and deliver fast turnaround prototypes to accelerate your project.

Yes. Although we’re based in Manchester, we serve customers across the North West and the UK. Parts can be shipped nationwide, or collected directly from our workshop in Denton.

Absolutely. We accept most common file types including STEP (.stp/.step), IGES (.igs), DXF, and DWG.
Our engineers use professional CAD/CAM software to generate efficient toolpaths and maintain design accuracy.
